Classic animation or cell animation is something which put reality into the 2D characters and give them more smoothness and easy flow of movements through which they look more realistic and alive, we can easily show any complex move and motions very smoothly and polityly in classic animation. the perfect and well famous example of classic animation is “Tom and Jerry” cartoon which you must have seen and still enjoying it with your kids and family.
Classic animation is completely hand drawn frame by frame animation in which we draw each an every frame on paper or digitally through pen tablets, usually we are using pen tablets but sometime we draw frame on paper and later we convert it into digital animation, the work which a designer takes a week or more in making you can see it in just 1 second, as we draw around 12 to 30 separate frames for making a single second of animation and it takes uncountable time to complete a series or movie in classic animation style, this is the reason we call it the most perfect and realistic style of animation in two dimensional.
